Consultant MSA
Learn more about our Consultant Master Services Agreement (MSA) Program
Program Overview
The Consultant Master Services Agreement (MSA) Program will allow Corgan to quickly and easily engage qualified Consultants for new projects. With an executed MSA already in place, time spent on contract review and negotiations will be eliminated. Consultants will be added to project teams by way of a project-specific Statement of Work which will include the project name, scope of work description, compensation, a copy of the Prime Agreement, and other pertinent information. Terms of the Consultant MSA will remain unchanged from project to project.

- Consultant must provide a signed W-9 and comply with the consultant process outlined on our consultant webpage www.corgan.com/consultants.
- Must agree to the Consultant Master Services Agreement as-is. Revisions will not be accepted.
