What architect/designer/project most inspires you and why?


I am inspired the work of Richard Rogers, specifically the Bordeaux Law Courts and National Assembly for Wales. I am drawn to the iconic forms in these projects that remain clear and uncomplicated by program.


What is the best advice you have ever received?


Sometimes when you think you are being rejected from something good, you are actually being re-directed towards something better.

 

Where would you most like to travel?


A dream of mine would be to go on one of the world's great mountain treks, such as the Inca Trail or the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal. The thought of experiencing nature so beautiful and remote that only a few people (relatively) are able to experience it really appeals to me.
