DALLAS, Nov. 5, 2014 – To accommodate its continued growth, Corgan has signed a lease for 14,000 rentable square feet of office space in the West End of downtown Dallas. The new facilities at 1701 Market St. will be an expansion space for the firm’s headquarters at 401 Houston Street, a short three-minute walk away.
“Corgan has seen dynamic growth this year in our Dallas office because of our continued success in new corporate project pursuits such as the Toyota and State Farm headquarters projects, and increased opportunities to provide services for existing clients, like Frisco ISD, the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Southwest Airlines, and DFW Airport. We have outgrown our space in our headquarters building and determined that leasing additional space nearby with Residential Leasing & Management
, was the best solution for the time being,” said Bob Morris, president.
The new space will be renovated and is scheduled for occupancy in February 2015. It will house Corgan’s Education and Healthcare studios.
The space will feature an open work environment and new approaches to meeting space including work islands in the studio spaces for collaboration and storage, open meeting areas with monitors for displaying content, a BIM room and space for larger gatherings.
