NBC Universal

An ideal site linking two cities

Cutting edge new studio

  • news studio
  • open news desk
  • office space for sales and marketing
  • flexible meeting spaces
  • employee fitness center

Channel 5, the NBC Affiliate for KXAS/KXTX, selected Corgan to head their team in the design and construction of their new 75,000-square-foot studio facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The new building is a single-story tilt wall structure with high bay capacity for the news studios and open office area. The site was selected in the Centerport commercial development for its ideal location -  half way between the central business districts of Dallas and Fort Worth. The facility consolidates two locations into one. The building is cutting edge, with an iconic transmission tower reminiscent of mid-century modern architecture from the era in which the news studio first opened its doors. The interior includes news studios, an open news desk, office space for sales and marketing, flexible meeting spaces and an employee fitness center.

FURNITURE STRATEGY

Furniture strategy is a plan of action designed to maximize the potential of your business with the physical tool that your team members interact with most: furniture. We guide our clients and work with each vendor to determine their best solution – rather than developing the solution first and asking each vendor to replicate it.
