Freedom Financial Network is a new, 300,000-square-foot campus with two buildings connected by a central exterior tenant amenity space. Building One is mostly open office space with collaborative spaces, training rooms and ample views of Tempe through the full-height glass around the perimeter. The “Wow Room” was designed to be a visitor’s first introduction to the organization featuring an art wall installation. It is an installation made up of 4,000 credit cards. The art wall operates as a visual representation of the different levels of debt Freedom Financial clients experience. Through the use of innovative technology, guests such as job interviewees, vendors, potential clients, and corporate partners are able to learn about Freedom Financial’s values, culture, and purpose in a highly interactive and branded setting. Building Two houses more open office space in addition to a full-service cafeteria. The cafeteria placement was strategic and central to each building. Location fosters connection and supports Freedom Financials strong team-centric culture. This branded workplace evokes excitement, energy, warmth and personal ownership.

At Corgan, we know agility is vital to problem solving. We listen deeply to our clients, conduct research, and evaluate all that's going on in the world. We build proactive teams — the right designers, the right researchers, the right experts in trends and strategy — deftly collaborating to create beautiful, relevant, and surprising solutions. One size does not fit all — our teams are nimble and customized for each project; the right expertise is brought in when needed, and off the team (and the invoice) when they’re not.
We solve complex problems with empathy, evidence, and inspiration. We are always, always dedicated to making sure our clients are ahead of the curve.

Furniture strategy is a plan of action designed to maximize the potential of your business with the physical tool that your team members interact with most: furniture. We guide our clients and work with each vendor to determine their best solution – rather than developing the solution first and asking each vendor to replicate it.
