CHRISTUS Health’s new headquarters is a consolidation of facilities and departments from three different locations. This consolidation brings operations into one single location for the first time in company history. The goal was to develop a design concept which exemplifies the CHRISTUS culture with a strong focus on healing and community. A universal plan was developed to provide flexibility and diversity of employee engagement through focused environments. A community concept identified the areas suitable for individual work or collaborative spaces. Corgan coordinated with the client to promote a change management plan throughout the organization.
