Corgan served as the sole architect and worked closely with Bank OZK and their brokerage team to assess real estate options that would best fit their new business model and recent growth. The project entailed a 28,000-square-foot-relocation to a building at Rockefeller Center from 230 Park Avenue. The new office accommodates flexible and collaborative workspace for a diverse group of bankers, traders, operation and management staff with a sophisticated high-end financial service feel. Not only was this a relocation project but also entailed a full-gut renovation. Corgan provided visioning and workplace strategy to help shape and implement RESG vision and provide the necessary program for current and future needs. Being centrally located in Rockefeller Center, Corgan's design inspiration was to embrace Bank OZK's new home making views to the plaza and to the “pulse” of action outside a trademark all while ensuring their culture and style was prominent giving them a sophisticated and timeless design that enhances the way they do business.
