Mark thrives on developing business opportunities, and for nearly two decades he has generated new relationships for the Data Centers Studio. He attributes his success to maintaining an extensive network, which is instrumental in achieving project activity levels necessary to contribute to the growth. Indeed, his efforts helped Corgan achieve a #1 ranking for U.S. Data Center Architects in BD+C in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.
From a business development perspective, Mark brings a non-traditional approach and value proposition to land new clients. Some of his pursuit acquisitions include a confidential technology client, one of our largest revenue-producing hyper-scale data centers, and Sentinel Data Centers, our first colocation client that shifted the pendulum to 75% of third-party colocation projects.
