As the first three-story data center in Loudoun County, Project Joshua's efficiency makes it a sought-after site in Northern Virginia. Designed to cost effectively meet rapid, large-scale deployment needs, this is also the first full-service data center in the region. Offering companies space in this desirable market, the data center is resistant to 125 mph winds and has 2.66 MW of critical power per data hall.

The innovative centrifugal chilled water system provides reduced construction cost by including north and south CUP with each one feeding half of the building. This allows each chilled water loop to utilize smaller piping to limit initial construction costs and also allows a modular approach to building fit up.

Through integrity of design and meeting aggressive milestones, this project was able to meet a fast-track schedule.
