Corgan worked closely with the executive project team at Success Partners in design and renovation of the existing building. New plans called for an open, inviting atmosphere designed to support creativity and teamwork. Corgan provided a comprehensive change management program that engaged a core team to aid in the distribution of project information to the larger company as a whole. We supported the core team in developing a communication strategy to build ambassadors and educate staff on the proposed changes to the workplace, and the impact on the individual employees. The project is an open office concept interior build out with existing lobby finish upgrades and a new central hub where employees gather. The HUB includes (2) large training rooms that can open up into one large room that holds 50 people. Success Partners caters to the Direct Selling market by creating magazines, digital information products, collateral material and events.
