The Lonestar Data Center is a Tier IV mission critical site designed for a confidential Fortune 50 financial services client. This ground up facility houses nearly 100,000 square feet of raised floor computer environment, with the remaining area dedicated to critical infrastructure space for its large indoor electrical and mechanical support systems and a small office area for data center support personnel. Lonestar is unique in its design ability to withstand 175 MPH winds (F3 tornado speeds) through a special roof assembly, structure, and outdoor equipment protection.
We understand the engineering needs of today's critical facilities far better than others in our profession. We organize information and provide options to our clients so they can make confident, informed decisions about their investments.
From the first ground-up reservation facility in the world in 1979 to the largest LEED Gold Certified freestanding data center in the nation, Corgan’s Critical Facilities Studio has spent years studying the engineering systems at the core of these projects.
